Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing to complain about the garbage collection system in our area which has become a great source of concern for the last 2 weeks.
The rubbish collection system is unable to store the garbage disposed and it has been noted on several occasions that garbage are strewn on the streets, which gives a bad feeling to the area.
Due to this, the area has become pungent and we have to call in an external service to keep the area and air clean. Moreover, there have been several reports that the children are falling ill as the pets carry the germs home.
I would like to suggest that the system should be upgraded or repaired as you feel convenient and that a person be assigned to monitor the systems from time to time.
I would be interested to hear the actions that you would take about this. Thank you for your consideration.
