Dear Mr. Lopez
I am writing with regard to some complaints that have been made by some newcomers to the company. These complaints could have negative effects on the company's background, indeed. The complaints were made about the assistants who are responsible for welcoming visitors. As well as this, the reception seems too untidy and uncomfortable.
It is clear that the reception area is one of the most significant parts of the company because this is the first area people see when entering the company. An appropriate reception could draw the attention of visitors as quickly as we want. If it could not attract visitors, we would dramatically lose our customers over time.
There are several remedies to improve the reception area. Firstly, we could get some professional designers to make effective changes in the decoration. Secondly, it will be helpful if we set some meetings in order to teach reception assistants how they should behave toward visitors.
If there is anything else I can do, please just let me know.
Yours sincerely,
Sarah Smith
