Respected Sir,
I am writing this letter to intimate you about the problematic situations we are facing in the Brook Street with respect to public transportation since last week. The people who used to travel from Delhi to Noida are strictly effected from this because of Delhi Metro Rail services, which is not working at all.
Erstwhile, the kids are not reaching their school on their appropriate time and same with officers as well. Currently, only a couple of buses are running which is surely not a good alternative for Metro Rail. The differences in the speed and timings in public transport methods make the people dull. For instance, yesterday I had an interview but due to these issues, I have missed the so-called imperative interview for IAS position. Sorry to say, but I can see many other faces facing the same problems.
I would urge you to take some rapid actions like if you can allow more buses to run on the way from Delhi to Noida, can we have school cab for the kids at least for some time until metro rail starts again? I wish you will adhere and can understand the criticality or this valid situation.
We are looking for some positive changes at the earliest.
