I would like to bring to your notice a problem that I am facing in the changing room in your New Alipore sport center.
Your sport center is the finest center in my locality. However, the air conditioning duct of the changing room is not working. As you know, scuba diving custumes are very difficult to wear and it takes long time to give trial in the changing room. Moreover, faulty duct makes the condition more unpleasent.
Last time, I had the same problem and bought my scuba diving custume without trial. As a result, I had to visit your shop again for replacement as it did not fit me when I tried in my house. I have raised the same issue to your store manager on the same day.
I observed this time that ON-OFF button of the A/C duct in not working. It is quite easy to rectify to rectify but your staff members are not taking things seriously. My request you to make quick action on my concern so that loyal customer, like me, can be made delighted.
