A while ago you have lent a friend a suitcase, which he/she has not returned yet. Write a letter to him/her reminding to bring it back and say
- What suitcase and when dud he/she borrow it?
- Why do you need it back?
- What should he/she do about it?
Dear Mike,
How have you been?. It has been a long time since we last met. I am writing in regards to remind you of a suitcase which you borrowed from me.
I believe you borrowed the suitcase last year as you were planning for a short trip to Bangkok. To elucidate the suitcase is blue in colour and is made of carbon fibre which makes it very light while travelling. It has travel stickers all over it which make it look attractive additionally it has shining robust steel handles which differentiate it from the other suitcases. I hope the suitcase served you well during your vacation due to its large capacity.
As you are aware that I am travelling to Indonesia next month along with Jane and I would need the suitcase to carry my items apart from this the suitcase is airline checkable so that would save us from a lot of unnecessary hassles at the airport.
Why don't you pay a visit next week to return the suitcase and it will be a great opportunity to meet your wife too?.
I look forward to your response.
Yours loving
Danny
