Write a letter to complain about a situation in which some adolescents let their dogs run wildly causing a dangerous situation.

Dear Mr Brown,

I am writing to formally complaint about few young boys who left their dogs unsupervised to run in the society in a barbarian manner leading to an extremely perilous situation.

Allow me to elaborate this situation for you for better understanding. There are many adolescents who gather in the society's play ground in the evening with their dogs. But instead of controlling them they often leave them open to roam around which is quite fatal as there are a slew of small children playing that possibly can get hurt from them. It is due to the fact that these children get attracted to them and sometimes go near to them to pet. However, most of the dogs are violent and can attack at any moment.

Hence, I urge you to take strict steps to tackle this issue in order to prevent any major accident. This can be done by imposing a rule that no resident will leave their pets unleashed in the society. I believe this will resolve the problem.

I hope that the matter will be dealt with as soon as possible.

Yours faithfully,
John
