Write a letter complaining about the dirty roads and garbage in your street.
What the problems would be

Your suggestions.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am Roxie Davis- one of the “shahrak” area dwellers. I am writing to you to lodge a complaint about the problem which has arisen recently concerning the standards of cleanliness in streets of our area.
To begin with, I would like to point out that the vast amount of disposal waste in the area has caused many troubles. On the one hand, all residents have been being annoyed by the horrible smell of rubbish, not only when they are walking in the streets but also at their homes if they opened windows. One the other hand, too many insects –some toxic- and a substantial number of mice have gathered around litter. This in-turn leads local people to suffer from infectious diseases.
The reasons for this problem are twofold. One of them is the considerably small number of bins. To be more precise, one bin for each two streets in such a crowded area sounds unreasonable. The other cause is the fact that authorities have shirked the responsibilities for controlling the efficiency of garbage collectors.
At last, I would like to offer some suggestions to overcome this issue. I think every street should be equipped with at least two bins. Furthermore, it would be for more practical if you put extra separated ones for paper, plastic and glass. I would also ask you to hire more employees to assume the responsibility of collecting garbage at certain hours of the day and prevent bins from getting overloaded.
Your sincere attention and prompt action is deeply appreciated.
Yours faithfully,
Roxie Davis.
