Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to complain about an under construction site in my vicinity.
My name is Mohit Ratnu, currently residing at 150ft ring road, where your new office site is running.
There are several problems of which I would like to give you brief information. The construction site is running till late night, Therefore, it is arduous to sleep because of intolerance noise of construction equipment. In addition to that, a large pile of debris is placed in the center of the street by your workers. Hence, we are unable to go to other side of the street and we have to take a long route to reach there.
I would like to recommend you few suggestions in order to resolve there issues. Firstly, fix the shift of workers and they should not be allowed to work after 9 o' clock at night. Secondly, either shift the debris situated in the street by using your workers or contact the debris collection service which will do this work on behalf of your company.
I hope, you will take some profound actions as early as possible and reply me at your earliest convenience.
Yours faithfully,
Mohit Ratnu
