Hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to tell you about a fascinating book which I have came across.
To begin with, Book is about 'Hatha Yoga' I have read the complete book in just a week. In addition to it, writer has described all the pranayama, asanas, cleansing techniques and meditation techniques to overcome from the stress even he has written all the pros and cons of yoga. Moreover, he has nicely described benefits and key points of yoga, who can practice and who should avoid it.
I was wondering that this book might help you in your day to day busy life schedule to have peace of mind by practising some of the meditative techniques. Along with the book you are also getting a free DVD attached on the last page of the manual. Furthermore, Instructions has been very clearly by the author as you wanted to do meditation to control your emotions this defiantly can assist you to conquer.
However, you can find this book on Amazon, Flipkart or in the sauna book shop. If you buy online it will cost you 550 INR with discount on and if you are purchasing it from the book stall it will cost you 650 INR.
