Dear Mr Ejikeme,
I have written to inform you of the issues we have been experiencing with the computer device at the office. For about two weeks now, the system has been giving serious problems with sticky keys and this has affected a lot of activities at the office. As you know, this is the only one we have been managing since the others were taken out for servicing.
The problem with the keyboard is not really understood as I am not a hardware engineer but one letter multiplies itself up to a hundred times and this has really made it difficult to type words.
As a result of the sticky key problem, we have not been able to respond to the mails we received since last week and now we have a backlog. Our clients have also reached out to us expressing their displeasure as regard the delay in responding to their concerns.
In my opinion, I think if we continue at this rate we could lose our prestigious clients and the establishment will be seen as not serious and not ready for business. Or don't you think so? Therefore, I will suggest that we get a new one so as to prevent a repetition of this and preserve the integrity we have built over the years.
