Dear Mr. Anderson,
I am akash chokshi- a business analyst working in the Information Technology department. I am writing this letter to draw your attention about a pelicular computer problem I am facing.
operating system of my laptop is still windows xp and all the programs that are essential for my optimal work runs quite slow on it. Because all the softwares that our firm use are compatible, of course, at some extent and hence the operating system crashes in the middle of m,y work. As I work as liaison between stakeholders and quality control department, I have to stay online to provide unimpeded work and with such age old system, it is utmost difficult task for me to accomplish.
I suppose updating the overall system by technician might ameliorate the situation. If not, then replacing the computer with a newer version can resolve the issue completely. I hope you will take this matter seriously and provide me a permenant solution as soon as possible.
