Dear Sir,
I am Depp, your executive Assistant in your team. I am writing this letter to you to seek your notice for referring Leonard as best employee of the year award. Though he joined our company as Junior officer, with his skills and sincerity he is promoted to Senior officer. In my opinion he has all qualities and most suitable person for this award. As I am his reporting officer my I have keenly observed his behaviour and attitude since the day he joined. His excellent communication skills with clients Crisis management are key to success of our team in many cases.
Infact, I have taken this decision after consulting all members of staff who unanimously agreed with my opinion. His friendly nature with office colleagues earned a good reputation to our team. In my view, a good employee is a person who achieve goals along with managing stability and serenity in work. Whenever he commits to a work he will give his 100% effort for successful completion. Daring presentation and bold execution of work is his innate qualities. I hope after going through his work record you will also agree with my opinion. I also thank you for giving me this opportunity of being in your selection team of nominating best employee award.
