I am writing this letter to inform you about the inconvenience our company staff is facing due to the lack of a cafeteria on our office premises.
As you know, we have strict deadlines to complete most of the projects, and employees often required a coffee break to relax their minds. However, due to limited options available of breakout area in our building, our company workers force themselves to walk on streets for tea and coffee which is of low-quality.
Therefore, I feel breaks are an important part of our culture and there should be have been more space of food area installed for our employees where they can sit casually and chat with their teammates.
Besides, it would have been better, if we can have a stall for beverages such as tea, coffee, and other drinks along with a comfortable sitting space in our premises. Our workers can have healthy meals and would not be able to exceed their breaks because there would a lesser chance of going outside of the building if they have comfortable space inside the office building. Plus, it would be great if the cafeteria can operate 24 hours so that the evening and night staff can also avail the facility.
I hope you understand the concern of limited breakout spaces available in our building.
