Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Thulasya Rajakruna who residing in one of your building which is located at Yakkala, Gampaha road. I moved here last month and I am writing this letter to report you regarding a problem that I have been facing since then.
I use my bicycle to commute from home to work and work to home every day. The problem, which I am facing every day is lack of parking slots in the parking area. There are only two of them and most of the time I have no place to park my bicycle as a result of I came home lately from work. Therefore, I park my bicycle in open area near the apartment and seems it is not that much secure.
In order to revamp this, could you please look in to the issue personally and do the necessary changes to solve this problem. As for my knowledge it can be easily achieve by extending bicycle parking since there is enough space over there.
I look forward to hear from you with a prompt solution.
Yours faithfully,
Thulasya Rajakaruna.
