Dear Sir,
I am writing to rent an apartment, as me and my family are soon going to shift from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia to Toronto, Canada.
I am housewife with a baby and my husband recently got the residence permit through Canadian express entry. Since, we are a small family so I just want a small apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a T.V. lounge. Also, it will be good, if we can have a flat with balcony and car parking area. At the entrance of house, I would like to have a walk-in closet.
As, my husband office is in the main city, therefore I would like to have a house near his office. However, it should be somewhere that is not much crowded and noisy, as my baby can't sleep in noisy places. It will be a plus if you could arrange it near any park, so that I can stroll with my baby in day time. I hope you will consider my requirements and we can get the apartment according to our needs.
Your sincerely,
Michael James.
