Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to inform and arrange my family getaway we planned. We have heard a lot of wonderful and fascinating news about your property and decided to spend our weekend family get together in your establishment.
We are a family of five. My wife and two children aged six and three will be happy to spend in a hotel nearer the beach. We decided to check-in on coming Friday 28th March and check-out on Monday 31st Mar.
Ideally, we would like to get a deluxe corner room on a higher floor with a double bed. The room must be away from the clubs and pubs which you most probably have in your facility. I assume the corner rooms are away from the lifts, so my children will have a good night sleep without noise from the lifts.
I would appreciate if you could revert to me soon with the availability and total cost for the weekend.
Yours faithfully,
Stanley John
