I am extremely sorry to let you know that I won't be able to come to "The City Hall" on Sunday to attend the comedy drama of Kapil Sharma. I can understand that you will not at all appreciate my decision, as we booked the tickets month ago after several discussions.
Actually, I have to go to Guwahati due to some official work on Friday evening, and I won't be able to return by next Friday. I have tried to postpone the official work, but I am unable to manage this. As you know, recently our company has launched a product in Guwahati, and one of our customer has faced tremendous issue with this product. Management has decided me to attend this complain before it's too late, as customer satisfaction is the priority these days.
Do you remember Tanya, whom you met on my last birthday party? She is a big fan of Kapil, and she wanted to attend this show. However, she could not manage to purchase ticket due to rush. She will attend this performance instead of me, and I hope will enjoy her company.
