Dear sir,
I am a resident of Ghatlodiya area which comes into the territory of your municipal council. I am writing this letter to draw your immediate attention towards the negligence of council officials in the rubbish collection from our area since the couple of days.
According to the announcement of the council, the garbage collection bins would be placed on the pavement and all different rubbish would be collected on specified day of the week. However, we have noticed the bin of wet byproducts has been overfilled and not emptied since eight to ten days which causes prosper of mosquitos and rodents in the area. Moreover, my neighbour had lodged a complaint three days before with the same point,but, we didn't see any resolution of the issue. The effluents from the bins are spreading around the area and creating pollution which can result in the epidemic of several diseases in the area. This needs to be addressed with immediate removal of the flooded bin with the fresh one. Also , The surroundings also required to wiped and sprayed with the insecticides.
I hope you will consider the complaint on the priority basis and revert us with the possible actions and time duration required to work on the problem.
