I am writing to request a letter of reference from your side as I have to apply for a job.
As you are aware that I have worked for a manufacturing firm for 6 years and need to apply for an overseas role of bid management with a different organization, as a bid manager you will be required to oversee techno-commercial operations and would enable successful submissions of bids.
In this context I would request you to prepare a letter of reference as I would need to submit it along with my resume, the reference letter must include a breif about the roles and responsibilities I handled under your guidance and some key projects undertaken by me independently, at the end please sign the letter and put your current designation.
I would also request you to send a scan copy of this letter by email to me by the end of this week as the application process will be closing very soon.
