You are doing a three-months' course at a training institute. You have recently been offered a full-time job at a company and you can not continue the course.
Write a letter to the course instructor. In the letter:
• explain why you cannot continue the course
• describe the job you have been offered
• and ask if they have an evening course that you can continue

Dear Mr. John,

I am the student of Project Management training course in your institution. I am writing to inform you that I cannot continue this course from 30th April onwards as I am due to start full-time job next week.

Let me explain the situation in detail. I have enrolled for three months course in your institution for Project Management training and I have just finished my first three weeks. Last week I got a call from one of the most reputed multinational company offering a full-time job and I am expected to start new job in 1st May. The working hours of my new job would contradict my class timings and hence I cannot continue this course. As a Planning Engineer I am expected to work from 9:00am to 6:00pm and new job means a lot of catch up.

I would like to request you to either transfer me to evening course or permit me to discontinue the course
I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours sincerely,
Rakesh Soni
