You are an employee in an office, working on one big project together with your colleagues. Write a letter to your manager to inform him/her that some of the employees make mistakes that affect your work. In your letter say- What mistakes have you encount

Dear Ms. Ann

I am writing this regards to the issues that need an attention as soon as possible. The issue is related to the new project that the company is working on. Due to the changes in the European regulations there are some changes over the price, roaming and call rate.

Initially, the staff were provided with the information of the changes and solution to be followed. But now I am getting lots of similar complains from many customers as the price and roaming rate which was mentioned were not the same. On pulling call tracks of different employees, I realized the prices given are contradicting the actual price.

Even I had the same complain from different teams that the provided information are incorrect. This need to be resolved as this cause a major conflict between the companies and the clients. I have checked with the technical back up team about the variations of the charges, however, the system does not read the changed price.

At the point of time, I would really suggest to uphold immediate meeting to resolve this issue. Also, we need to educate the staff about the system issue and teach them to counter the clients for the time being. I would suggest to give some freebies to the customers as a goodwill. So that they would be satisfied for the moment.

I am awaiting for the prompt response.

yours sincerely,

Sean Mccarthy.
