Dear Ben,
Hope you are in the pink of your health. I was so excited to hear that you are coming to my place for your summer vacations but I am sorry to inform that I will not be able to attend you at my home. Otherwise, you would have enjoyed my hospitality.
To elucidate, I have to close the deal on which I was working from past six months and I cannot let it go. We are going to announce a joint venture with a big multinational company. I have taken care of all the necessary things that you will need during the stay. In case, if you require anything do let me know, I will arrange it or there is a market nearby from where you will get everything.
My house is very small with a kitchen on the right of the entrance and living on the left. my bedroom is upstairs just in front of the staircase and next to it is a guest room that you can use. The only thing I would like you to do is to put the dustbins out on every night and they are collected every morning. Also, if you could water the plants every second day in the evening would be a great help.
I will give you a call before I leave for the trip and will try to come back soon.
Cheers
Dennis
