Dear Sir,
I had received your letter and came to know about how terrible your last experience was with our establishment, hence, writing this letter as an apology for all that.
Actually, after receiving your letter I immediately made an investigation team to share all the facts about the service boy. It was really shocking to know that this boy had shown such an improper behaviour with other guests too. This negative remark on our quality of service is never expected and I felt sheer shameful for all the inconvenience you had experienced.
Initially, I asked the waiter to resign from his duties. However, I came to know from his sister that his mother was not well, due to which he was super stressed and did all this unintentionally. All this stopped me for terminating him, but, as a lesson I had shifted him to cleaning department.
I hope you will understand the situation and accept this apology from our side. We believe, your feedback played an indispensable role to take a prompt action, as of which we had saved other customers from all this. Hence, we would like to offer you a meal pass for 4, absolutely free.
I believe you would love to visit again and give us a chance to make your time memorable.
Thanking You,
Smith Clark.
