I am writing today to remind you about the upcoming Inter-Zonal Sports competition which will hold next week in our New Roy Sports Club Academy.
Inter-Zonal Competition is a knock-out sports tournament which takes place every year in our city. This time ministry of the sport's government decided to organize this lovely event on our grounds. Therefore, I am giving you the update about the tournament and its further details in this letter.
In this tournament, we will allow different games, such as Basketball, Badminton, Tennis, and Hockey. The participants will be the top finalist of schoolchildren of their zones: North, West, South, and East. Moreover, our sports minister Anurag Thakur will be the guest of honor in this upcoming sports event.
I will be hosting and setting up the list of required activities according to the timetable of the two-day Inter-Zonal sports event which includes different teams of men and women, a light ceremony before starting the event with the guest of honor, a welcoming speech by you and our sports minister, and, lastly, the national anthem before the first game of the day.
I am hoping that you would have prepared the funds to take care of the costs required to organize this annual event.
