I am writing to let you know how bad the changing room conditions are and I am totally disappointed about this. I was about to register for your sports center but after I visited the changing room, unfortunately, I am saying this but I changed my decision to not to register.
Let me put it a finer point on it. All parts of the facilities are amazing and i was fascinated about it before I visited the changing room of the center. In front of the entrance of the changing room, there was a disgusting and nasty smell caused by not having good air circulation. As i have asthma the most important thing for me is inhaling the fresh air which I need the most. Because sometimes i maybe lack of oxygen and this condition obviously put me into that situation.
It would be better if you could renew the air conditioning systems it will not only benefit me it would be also better for your other memberships. As such you would also get more applicant, thus, It will also be beneficial for your facility.
