I am one of your students who have been taken an evening language course which is held by architecture faculty. I am writing to let you know that, unfortunately, I am engaged with too much housework and a project to do so that I won't be able to take the course at a particular duration. Would you kindly consider my situation favorably?
Let me put a finer point on why I can not attend evening courses. Once, I have seen your advertisement, I decided to take a course at night because of my work. But It was not expected that I would be extremely busy at the moment I have registered. Since all the works came out of nowhere, I am suffering from handling all those work that even I can not even find for myself to get relax. Therefore this class won't be suitable for me to attend, instead, it would be better for me to arrange a different time.
Would you please postpone my schedule for next semester? If you could set the time up for next semester, I would greatly appreciate it.
