I am community member of the Rajguru Nagar. my musicians group has used the community hall for music practice on Monday and Wednesday evenings all these years. However, now we are being told that the place is reserved for other meetings on those days. So, I am writing this to you to look into our case and allot us another time for usage.
As, you must be aware about our band "The Rockers". Basically, we perform for the society functions when needed. To raise awareness campaigns or programs for the betterment of the whole community we are always there to lay a hand. Whenever, any community emergency arrives the group acts as the messenger.
Moreover, our group has always kept the guidelines of the society in check and followed all the rules. Blood donation camps are being organised every year by us to help spread a good message. I think you will understand the importance of this musical group and if you need further report of our work you can ask any community member.
I request you to please allow us to practice our craft in other five days of the week. I suggest Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be great as all my team members are free from their professional duties on those days and we can even practise in morning and afternoon. It will further make us available for any kind of assistance needed by the community.
