You are planning to go on a holiday in another country. Write a letter to your friend asking him/her to join. Include following in your letter.
• Why you need a holiday.
• Your holiday plans.
• Why you need your friend to join with you.
Dear Mathew,
Hope this letter finds you in pink of your health. I am writing to ask you to join me for a vacation, as I am planning a short trip to Singapore for a week. I have recently told you about the kind of stress I have gone through at the office. Thus, it is quite crucial for me to take a step back and reevaluate my life by taking a vacation.
Singapore is a Metropolis with many interesting places to explore. I am in touch with a local travel agency who can arrange the trip for us including the stamping of visas. We can visit all the attractions like the zoo, river safari, night safari, city museum, gardens by the bay, east coast park. Sentosa island is the best manmade islands around the world and it on my must do list, we can do a lot of adventure activities like roller coaster rides and explore theme parks. On top of this, there are many beautiful islands with white sand beaches and clear water near to the mainland.
Why don’t you join with me on this adventure?. You always wanted to travel overseas and this is a golden opportunity. If you come along then I am sure this vacation will become more exciting and I could really use your tour management skills.
I look forward to your reply.
Warm wishes
vinshu
