Dear Manager,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction based on the items I purchased from the newyork supermarket on the 20th Jan 2017.
Firstly, being a patron of this supermarket for about 5 years now. I prefer to buy all the necessary items from your store and most of my friend even have tried your store based on my recommendation. I purchased some of the accessories for my mobile and laptop, on the 20th January 2017.
Secondly, upon unboxing, I found the equipment’s to be defective because I cannot hear the sound from the earphones and the charger proved to be useless because of its inability to charge my laptop.
Thirdly, I expect you to either kindly replace the defective pieces or return the money back to me. I would also like to advise you to repeal and replace the defective items to avoid unavoidable circumstances in the future.
