Hello Sir,
I'm writing this letter to you to detail the problems which I've been facing since I moved to the accommodation provided by you. We agreed about an individual room in a hotel, but when I turned up at the address provided, I saw a bed and breakfast accommodation. This was very disappointing for me as I haven't gotten what we spoken.
The place is very crowded at all times due to its nature and I don't prefer to share the room with someone whom I've not met before. The location which I was expecting was near the university, but this one is very far from it and I need to spend a lot of time and money to reach the university every day. This makes me very tired and I'm not able to concentrate more on my studies.
In addition to this, the accommodation is very bad in terms of hygiene. The debris aren't cleaned at periodic intervals and we get a foul smell near the windows where the dustbins are kept. The taps in the bathroom isn't working properly and the shared kitchen isn't clean. People leave the utensils unwashed and this makes the next person who makes use of it very hard as they had to clean everything before they start to prepare their meal.
