You went to the local hospital’s Emergency Department with your young child who had severe stomach pains. You had to wait for almost four hours before your daughter was treated by a doctor and, while you were waiting, you were constantly ignored by the other staff.
Dear Sir,
I am writting this letter to share my feedback about the service I received from your hospital.
I visited your hosital last sunday with my daughter to emergency department, since she had severe stomach ache.
We were waiting to get treated for more than four hours. We were not propely communicated about the doctor's availability.
Since it was emergency situation we were totally disappinted by the way we were treated. We should have received proper communication from faculties who were working there on our queries, but unfortunately we did not.
I would like you make some improvements in process you follow, to treat patients who come for emergency.I suggest you to arrange some additional doctors in emergency department since patience cannot wait for long time. I would also recommand you to educate your faculties to properly communicate if there is any delay so that patients can plan their activities accordigly. It would be grateful if you consider my suggestions and make ammemdments in your emrgency care.
