Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing a letter to complain about the treatment that my daughter and I visited the casualty department in your hospital last weekend.
During this afternoon, my daughter suffered from severe pains in the stomach. Our family doctor was not in his surgery because it was Sunday, so we went to the hospital’s emergency department. My daughter was unwell as she was screaming with pain when we reached the hospital reception. However, the receptionist just told us to sit down and wait.
Over the next four hours, due to my daughter being very unwell, I constantly asked how long it would take for a doctor to see my daughter. Every time I requested the receptionist to call a doctor, but he told me that he was busy with a rude attitude. The type of service I was offered is an example of cruelty and I have been constantly ignored when my child was crying in pain.
I would like to request you to take a step sincerely and try to take the required actions against those who are responsible.
