Dear Sir
I am a worker of you are a steamed company who work as a web designer from last two years. The purpose of mine to penning down this epistle is to draw your immediate attention on the computer problem which I am facing from last few days.
As, I am working on the news website and it is very significant project, which we give to the client on next Monday as per the contract. The main thing about it, I completed 50% work but 50% work is still remaining, which I have to complete in certain days, but I am unable to do it. Because my computer is not working well from last few days, when I start working, it suddenly shut down and sometimes it becomes in the position of hang, which create interruption in my work and hinder me to complete it.
It is a essential to unravel the problem as early as possible so that I can complete my project on the time. Further more, I deem that the company computers are very old and need to be reform. If it is possible, bring some more new computers, which contain new features and have a long lasting life.
I would be very grateful if you take some suitable steps to solve this problem and take my suggestion positively. I look forward to hearing from you.
