Dear Sir,
I am one of the students by name John, pursuing MCA 3rd semester from your college. I am writing this letter to get to your notice about some of the issues that need to be resolved at the earliest.
I am the regular customer of the canteen having two meals a day. The food so delicious and served in clean and hygienic plates. I also observe that the servers of the canteen always wear head caps and polythin gloves to hands. The price of the food is much affordable and almost all of the students have their meal here.
However, there are some simple issues that need some attention. I noticed that there are no enough waste trays where the remaining can be dumped. As per my understanding, an increase in the waste tray can resolve this issue. Besides, I suggest placing some small dustbins will increase the neatness and can make more hygienic. Some of the water taps are not working and making the students queue for washing hands.
Apart from the above issues, our canteen makes itself unique in serving the students a healthy and fresh eatable food. The above-mentioned mending is necessary to be addressed otherwise which ruins the place.
