Dear Sir/Madam,
I am one of the regular return customers for your company on buying the eatable products. To my astonishment, this time I was handled by very improper service from your company. I am writing this letter to let you know the embarrassing moment I happened to go through two days back and unfortunately its caused by your non professional service.
To start with, I have ordered a chocolate cake on 7th of this month on your website and was clearly intimated that it arrives a day after my order which falls on 8th. But, keeping not to the expectations I did not receive the order even by 7 pm of 8th. I have called your customer service and it did not help much and I was out of my mind knowing that you people are not able to track the order. The ordeal did not end here. Your staff promised me to send another cake within the half hour which they failed again. It was my anniversary party and was utmost important day and hosting for me.
However, I have managed with another way around and coped up the party environment. As your company is responsible for ruining my day of good times and I would like you to return my money along with the penalty. I am expecting the amount to be credited to my account within a week. I am attaching the receipt of my payment.
Possibly hearing from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
James.
