I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am intending to write this letter with regards to the voluntary work that I have been performing to assist the local people through your organisation. The problem is that from next week onward I will not be able to to do it any longer. Allow me to elaborate the situation that led me to take this decision.

Since, I will not be there to continue rendering my services, I would like to suggest a very reliable and diligent friend of mine who is an Accountant too and is eager to join your organisation. He will be free on weekends and on public holidays, I have attached his resume with this letter for your convenience. It is my firm belief that he will be the best person for this work.
