Dear Mr. Rohan,
I am Rakesh Soni your tenant in apartment D15.I am writing to let you know that I am disappointed with the tenant of D13 who have moved recently.
Let me explain my situation in more details. The problem started three months ago when my new neighbor first moved in. Prior to that everything fine as old neighbor was quite considerate and helpful. The current neighbor, however stays up almost all night and play incessantly loud music. Moreover he has frequent visitors who make late night parties. Because of this I am unable to sleep properly in night and I wake up in a very lazy mood in the morning due to which I find hard to concentrate on my work in office.
Would you please transfer me or him to another apartment? I would prefer to live with someone who is supportive and considerate for others. As Iong as he is quiet and don’t make any nuisance I don’t mind to being neighbor to him.
