I am a frequent customer and member of your platinum shopping club. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service of your company Amazon.com. I purchased camera from your website on 22nd of November.
The camera I bought is Nikon security camera with rain shade. When I collected the item, I was glad that it reached exact on time and I eagerly opened it. However, I quickly noticed that there is not only a crack on front lens but also the rain shade is not fit on it.
I called your customer service department a week ago and as per your representative instructions I logged the returned request. After this process, he reassured that I would receive a repaired camera and shade within 2 days. It is extremely disappointing that I haven’t had any communication with them since then.
Because of this camera I had canceled may trip to Goa and all my holidays are wasted. I would like to request an immediate repair/ replacement for the camera. Furthermore, I would appreciate an apology and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused to me.
