Dear Sir,
I am VJT, i have purchased a Canon -DSLR camera on 22nd june from an authorised outlet of your company at xavier street, london. I am writing this letter to complain about the substandard services of your company.
When i bought the camera and tried to operate that i found there is a problem with the lense in camera and i immediately informed dealership manager about the issue. They lodge my complaint for repair and committed to resolve the issue within 48 hours. Your company representative took the camera on 23rd june and after a week when i spoke with the call centre executive, he informed me that my complaint resolution is still in progress.
I have not expected this kind of response from a multinational company like yours. Your company is an unethical company and not a customer centric at all. Please replace the camera with new one if it is not repaired yet and it should be delivered to me within 48 hours to avoid further escalation.Your prompt revert to this letter and speedy solution to my problem will be appreciated.
