Dear Principal John,
I am writing to than you for the effort that you made it to me, in order to collect my certificate early. But unfortunately, the paper is lost.
On my wat back home, the train stopped at the second station, to pick up some passengers, suddenly a fist fight happened between two man, a thief exploit this moment and stole my hand bag, where all my documents, cards addition to this certificate where gone.
However, as I told you previously that this certificate is important, where I am applying to continue my Master Degree overseas, the university requested for it urgently, so I can apply for a scholarship earlier and book a place for the next semester.
I would like from your side, if you can prepare a new certificate with two original copies, signed by you, in order to send it as soon as possible to the university. Please of is it possible to be done by the end of this week, to collect it from your office. I will send you another email with all the details needed.
