The purpose of this letter is to regret to announce resignation from the current Managing Director position. However, I am happy to apprise you about the new job as Music Director in one of the Music Company. I am much fond of music and cannot find a more suitable job other than this. Therefore, I decided to commence a new career in the music industry. Thus, as written in the contract, prior fortnight notification has been given.
I learnt many managerial tasks in your organisation such as Managing resources, risk, teams and other miscellaneous tasks. Furthermore, I learnt the skills to remain in the corporate market. Especially, workshops organised by the company were highly useful in terms of knowledge, training and gaining experiences. Moreover, experiences and skills gained from working as a Managing Director were not less than any reward because it will be useful to use in future tasks. Most importantly, I found it much difficult to determine between the current position and proposal.
I request you to arrange a reference letter outlining position, duties, and achievements. I believe you will do the needful. I would appreciate the earliest arrangments for the reference letter.
