To adduce further about the problems in our department. Currently, the working flows are poorly organised or vague, effecting running projects, clients, cost, timeline and other attributes. Especially the task distribution according to employee abilities needs improvements. However, the supervisor owns the responsibility to assign a task to each person on the team according to abilities. Furthermore, completing task or work according to the timeline generates more revenue for the company. therefore, the supervisor responsibility to ensure the work being completed adequately and progressing according to schedule.
