DEAR SIR,
I AM WRITING THIS LETTER REGARDING YOUR ONGOING ENGLISH COURSE HELD IN THE EVENINGS. I AM A STUDENT OF THE SAME CLASS AND HAVE SOME ISSUES IN ATTENDING THE LECTURES.
SINCE, I AM WORKING AS A SOFTWARE ENGINEER IN TATA CONSULTANTS; MY WORKING HOURS OVER THERE ARE QUITE LONG. I GET FREE FROM MY OFFICE ALMOST 15-20 MINUTES BEFORE THE COMMENCEMENT OF OUR EVENING CLASS. IN ADDITION TO THIS, MY WORKPLACE IS 10KMS AWAY FROM YOUR INSTITUTION.
THEREFORE,IT BECOMES VERY HARD FOR ME TO REACH ON TIME FOR MY PART TIME COURSE. THE HUSTLE TO COPE UP WITH TIMINGS, DUTIES AND STUDIES DETERS MY CONCENTRATION IN THE SEMINARS. AS A RESULT OF THIS, I FIND IT DIFFICULT TO COPE UP WITH THE SYLLABUS OF THE COURSE. THESE TROUBLESOME SITUATION HAVE BROUGHT ME TO A CONCLUSION TO QUIT THE EVENING COURSE FOR NOW.
I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT I WON’T BE ABLE TO ATTEND THE CLASSES HENCEFORTH. NEVERTHLESS, I HAVE PLANNED TO RESUME TO THE CLASSES IN CHRISTMAS VACCATIONS. I REQUEST YOU TO MAKE THE CHANGES FOR MY FEES ACCORDINGLY. I HOPE YOU WILL ALLOW ME FOR THE SAME.
