I am writing to inform you that I will be unable to continue in attending the part-time evening course which I am enrolled in.
I have been attending the evening class for the last two months, and it is really an adding value to my skills. You know that I work a full time job in the same city, and I was looking for the same course to attend. When the center published sessions timing of the course, the evening schedule was the best choice to fit my personal schedule.
Recently, my company received an inquiry for a new project with an important client, and I have been selected with the team who will study the tender documents. Hence, I committed with some additional works at evening for the next couple of months, and it will be impossible to continue with the booked evening classes.
Same course will be repeated after two months. I would therefore request that if it is possible I can join that course with the next cohort. It will be more useful to me and my current schedule.
