Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to inform you that I would not be able to continue “English Language Course” at your university due to official commitments. Please allow me to elaborate on my situation.
I enrolled in this course as a part-time student considering the ease of attending the classes after office hours. Unfortunately, my line manager has recently resigned from his position on a short notice of 15 days, and senior management has instructed me to assume the responsibilities of outgoing manager for the time being until a new manager is recruited. As a result, I have to spend extra hours in the office for smooth transfer of job duties, making it impossible for me to pursue the course currently.
The hiring process of a new manager may take 3 – 6 months from now and during this time I will not be able to focus on studies. Would you kindly defer my course fee and credit hours to next semester?
I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours Sincerely,
Ammar Wasif
