Dear Sir or Madam,

I am Alex Hales. I am doing part-time evening course. I am writing this letter to inform that I will be not able to continue course for a few months.

I am currently working on a full-time job, from 8.30am to 5pm. My boss has assigned me to a critical project and now I have to work during late hours to complete the project work on time. I have to go to work early in the morning and work until late night. It is really hard to manage my time now.

At night when I go home, I am very tired to do any work. I only do is going to sleep. Most importantly, I don’t have enough time to focus on studies and assignments in this course.

I would like to stop my course this year. Then start my course again in the next year. Please be kind enough to understand my current situation and accept my request.

Thank you.

Yours Sincerely,
Alex Hales
