Dear Mr. Adris,
This letter seeks your approval for my resignation for the Science course. There a various reasons but the most conspicuous one stems from the fact that I cannot arrange my time to continue. In fact I have a full-time job and unfortunately I fail to finish the work to go to class on time. Since I’m working for a real estate firm as a project manager and my project is going to launch the new product next month, it is requirement of overtime working daily.
However I still need to graduate from this course, so I would like to continue in the near future. I suggest that I’ll save current achievement and resume after finish my project. Hopefully this attends your arrangement.
Should there are any procedure that you need me to do before I quite, kindly let me know.
