Dear Sir/Madam,

I am the student of Project Management part-time course in your institution. I am writing to let you know that I cannot continue this course from 20th April’18 onwards.

Let me explain my situation in more details. I work for a Construction Company and have project sites all across the region. As I was deputed to the Head Office which is near to your institution so that it was easy for me to attend the part-time evening course for Project Management Training. But now I have been transferred temporarily for 1 month to a project site which is 40km from our office and the working hours are also not convenient enough for me to attend the evening classes. Although public transportation is available but in the evening time most of the buses are overcrowded which I really can’t afford to commute daily on cost of getting tired and exhausted.

Therefore I humbly request you to allow me in next available batch as I will be transferred to back to the Head Office next month. This would be helpful for me to manage my office work in one hand and complete the course on other hand.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,
Rakesh Soni
