Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Divya Garapati, writing this letter to you with regard to an item which was lost in the Hyderabad express on June 30 Coach Number S8 and Seat Number 45.
I lost my laptop on the train when i was returning to Hyderabad. The model of the laptop is DELL E5480 latest version. My identity card was pasted on back side of the laptop and kept in a blue color leather bag. The laptop was black in color and i recently bought it for my personal use. I was very expensive and so many important documents were there in my PC.
I was coming from my hometown with heavy luggage. I kept my laptop bag on the upper birth. In the morning when i woke the train reached to station. In a hurry, i forgot the bag on the same seat and came out from the train. It was the last station where i get down from compartment. By that time when i am leaving there were no passengers left in the train.
It would be so grateful, if you can check with the railway team who will clean the train after last station so that, it may help to get any information. Can you please do let me know in case of any data that you received from your employees.
I am looking forward for your response.
Yours faithfully,
Divya Garapati.
