Dear Mr.Robins,
I am writing to inform you about the problem that I have encountered while I was working with my computer yesterday.
As you know I was working to make the accounting report ready for the CEO of the company. I was in the middle of printing the documents that suddenly my system stopped working. I did restart my computer and turned it on and off a few times but it was futile.
As I should make the report ready till the end of the week I believe that this is an emergency case and I need someone who is expert in this field and can handle the problem as soon as possible.
I would be grateful if you could ask the IT department to send one of their staff to come and check my computer. I am sure that they can fix the computer in an appropriate time.
